JFE Sheet Piles

JFESP sheet piles have many very popular types, like Type ⅠA,Ⅱ, IIA, Ⅲ, ⅢA, Ⅳ, ⅤL, ⅥL, ⅡW, ⅢW, ⅣW. JFE sheet piles are the main manufacturer in Asia. Sections and catalogues of various JFE sheet pile and JFESP sheet pile are available on the market from different manufacturers.These and lifting holes in the piling should be backed with a proper filter to preclude loss of backfill material. Below the gravel layer are pockets of medium dense to dense sands, overlying a very dense sand layer with sandstone bands at approximately -13.0EL.The interlocking feature provides a relatively sand- or soil-tight fit that generally precludes the need for filters. This close fit may also be essentially water-tight, so regularly spaced weep holes are recommended. For applications where corrosion is an issue, sections with minimum thickness can be delivered to maximize the effective life of JFE sheet piles. The usual requirements for minimum overall thickness of 12 mm or 1/2 inch can be met. The coating is to be applied to the entire back surface and 5m of the back surface of the Main Wall piles only.
The specified coating for the sheet piles can be for sand blasting to SA2.5 followed by 50 micron of primer and then 400 micron of coal tar epoxy paint.
