Types of Hot Rolled Sheet Piling

Hot rolled sheet piling are formed by profiling the steel with high temperatures as the rolling process occurs. Greater thicknesses are achievable than cold rolled sheet piles. The interlocking clutch tends to be tighter as well.

We supplie all its U- and Z-sections hot rolled sheet piling directly from stock or, with a very short lead time, from production. And we also have a large stock of used U- and Z-sections which we can deliver directly.

In conjunction with several welding and constructional engineering specialists, we can also deliver special structures and constructions such as guard walls, box sections and 'Combi piles' for combined walls. And on request, we can apply an abrasive coating to the sections you require and then coat them to delay the corrosion process and/or for aesthetic reasons.
